Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you have the option to receive a credit for your deposit or reschedule without additional charges. Rescheduling is only allowed once using the deposited amount. If you are unable to provide a 24 hour notice for cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. For the well-being of both parties, if you are unwell, please cancel your appointment.
